Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a legal system for the company to ensure that its business and processes are legal and compliant.
- Draft and modify legal documents such as company contracts, agreements, and files to ensure their compliance and effectiveness.
- Provide legal consulting services to the company, assess legal risks, and provide legal opinions on major decision-making matters of the company.
- Handle legal disputes such as litigation and arbitration, and represent the company in handling various arbitration and litigation cases.
- Track and collect relevant information on industry laws, regulations, and policies, and regularly update the company's internal legal database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Experience in handling litigation and arbitration cases is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
