Обзор позиции (Job Overview):
Данная позиция ориентирована на расширение присутствия на зарубежных рынках в сфере Crypto. Основные обязанности включают создание и поддержание глубоких партнерских отношений с глобальными биржами, институциональными инвесторами и участниками экосистемы, руководство процессом листинга криптовалют (токенов) на биржах, а также поиск возможностей для роста на международных рынках с целью масштабирования бизнеса компании и усиления ее бренда.
This role focuses on overseas market expansion in the Crypto industry. It is primarily responsible for building and maintaining in-depth cooperative relationships with global exchanges, institutional investors, and industry ecosystem partners, leading the end-to-end process of token listing on exchanges, while exploring overseas market growth opportunities to support the large-scale implementation of the company's business and brand penetration in the international market.
Ключевые обязанности (Key Responsibilities)
1. Управление партнерством с зарубежными биржами: Взаимодействие с ведущими и перспективными криптовалютными биржами (например, Binance, Coinbase, OKX), руководство процессом листинга токенов (подготовка документов, согласование соответствия требованиям, переговоры по листингу, координация после листинга) для эффективного достижения целей.
Overseas Exchange Partnership Management: Connect with mainstream and potential global crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX), lead the end-to-end token listing process (including preparation of application materials, compliance communication, listing negotiations, and post-listing operation coordination) to ensure the efficient achievement of listing goals.
2. Развитие деловых отношений за рубежом: Разработка стратегий BD для зарубежных рынков, поиск и привлечение партнеров (биржи, маркет-мейкеры, блокчейн-проекты, ассоциации), создание устойчивой сети сотрудничества для поддержки бизнеса.
Overseas Business Relationship Expansion: Develop overseas market BD strategies, proactively explore and expand ecosystem partner resources such as exchanges, market makers, blockchain project parties, and industry associations, and establish a long-term and stable cooperation network to provide resource support for business expansion.
3. Анализ рынка и конкурентов: Мониторинг тенденций Crypto-рынка, изменений в регулировании и действий конкурентов (особенно стратегий листинга и моделей сотрудничества), подготовка отчетов для поддержки решений по продуктам и BD-стратегиям.
Market Demand & Competitor Analysis: Track overseas Crypto market trends, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor actions (especially competitor listing strategies and cooperation models), output analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's product iteration, listing decisions, and BD strategy optimization.
4. Межфункциональное взаимодействие: Координация с техническими, compliance, операционными и маркетинговыми командами для обеспечения эффективного листинга и решения межфункциональных вопросов.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal technical, compliance, operation, and marketing teams to ensure efficient connection of links such as technical docking, compliance review, and launch promotion during the listing process, and solve cross-departmental issues in cooperation.
5. Переговоры и управление контрактами: Проведение переговоров с партнерами (условия сотрудничества, структура комиссий, права и обязанности), подготовка и проверка договоров для минимизации рисков.
Business Negotiation & Contract Management: Conduct business negotiations with overseas partners (including cooperation terms, fee structure, definition of rights and obligations, etc.), draft and review cooperation agreements to protect the company's rights and interests and reduce cooperation risks.

Требования (Requirements):
1. Образование и опыт: Диплом бакалавра или выше, от 3 лет опыта в BD в сфере Crypto/блокчейн на международных рынках, опыт руководства 1-2 проектами листинга токенов (подтвержденные кейсы), знание правил листинга ведущих бирж (например, Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria).
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of overseas BD experience in the Crypto/blockchain industry. At least led 1-2 complete token listing projects on exchanges (verifiable cases required), familiar with listing rules of mainstream exchanges (e.g., Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria).

Resources & Abilities: Priority given to candidates with core resources such as global mainstream exchanges (top-tier and second-tier), market makers, and overseas institutional clients; excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business negotiation skills, proficient in using English as the working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
3. Профессиональные знания: Глубокое понимание экосистемы Crypto (публичные блокчейны, DeFi, NFT, Web3), знание регулирования (например, SEC США, MiCA ЕС), способность оценивать риски и возможности.
Professional Cognition: Deep understanding of the Crypto industry ecosystem (including public chains, DeFi, NFT, Web3 and other segments), familiar with overseas Crypto regulatory policies (e.g., US SEC, EU MiCA regulations), and able to accurately judge market risks and cooperation opportunities.
4. Личные качества: Целеустремленность, исполнительность, готовность работать в разных часовых поясах, стрессоустойчивость; опыт работы в стартапах будет плюсом.
Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of goal and execution ability, able to adapt to cross-time zone collaboration in overseas markets, strong pressure resistance, and priority given to candidates with work experience in startup teams.
5. Рабочие языки: китайский, английский, корейский (знание корейского будет преимуществом).
The working languages are Chinese, English, and Korean. Knowing Korean is an added advantage.
