Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design, development, and strategic direction of the Solstice Protocol. This role involves close collaboration with technology and management teams to ensure alignment with company goals while driving innovation in yield-bearing synthetic stablecoin operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Collaborate with the technology and management teams to design, develop, and deliver the Solstice Protocol, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Product Backlog Management: Create and manage the Product Backlog in Jira and write quality Epics and Stories. Prioritize the product backlog and attend delivery meetings as needed.
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for the Solstice Protocol, focusing on its yield-bearing synthetic stablecoin token operations.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful product launches.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to integrate institutional-grade infrastructure into Web3 products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand user needs and competitive landscape, informing product development decisions.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product features and performance based on user feedback and market trends.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in developing additional business lines, such as institutional staking operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or Web3 technologies.
- Strong understanding of yield-bearing synthetic stablecoins and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools for backlog prioritization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong leadership skills to drive product strategy and innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in institutional-grade infrastructure integration for Web3 products.
- Background in developing or managing staking operations or similar financial products.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
