Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager specializing in data-driven financial products to lead the design and development of our core modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RWA, stablecoins, tokenized equities, and other blockchain-based financial instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Design:
- Lead product planning and information architecture design for core data modules including RWA, stablecoins, and tokenized equities
- Design critical product components such as data dashboards, asset pages, and issuer/platform pages
- Develop clear user journeys: browsing → understanding → insights → decision-making, with continuous optimization
- Produce high-quality documentation including PRDs, Figma prototypes, and product structure diagrams
- Data Understanding and Structure Design:
- Comprehend on-chain/off-chain data structures and key metrics (TVL, OI, circulation, yield rates, collateral ratios, fund flows)
- Collaborate closely with data engineers on field design, metric definitions, and calculation logic
- Help build asset taxonomy systems, classification frameworks, and indicator systems to enhance data comprehensibility
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with data products like RWA.xyz, Nansen, Arkham, DeFiLlama, or Dune
- Strong sensitivity to information architecture, data presentation, and user comprehension
- Ability to translate industry trends into product features (not just execute requirements)
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience (data products or fintech preferred)
- Background in investment research, on-chain analysis, or data organization (significant plus)
