Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our blockchain ecosystem's global presence. The ideal candidate will manage two core Twitter accounts and other international social media platforms (X/LinkedIn/Facebook/YouTube/Instagram), ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and content publishing for two Twitter accounts and other international social media platforms, maintaining strong thematic connections between both accounts.
- Design and execute innovative Web3 online campaigns to boost user engagement and brand visibility through unique growth strategies and communication methods.
- Create high-quality copywriting and creative content, optimizing communication effectiveness by leveraging trending topics and community feedback.
- Produce weekly/monthly reports using data analytics tools to evaluate posting schedules, content strategies, and user interaction metrics, ensuring achievement of predefined KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content improvement and audience growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content publishing for major public blockchains or cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Proficiency in operating mainstream international social media platforms, with successful case studies required during the interview process.
- Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem and native user behavior, with fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Exceptional copywriting and creative content production capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
