We are a large-scale physical enterprise from mainland China with an annual revenue of 30 billion yuan. We are planning to establish a branch in Hong Kong, which will serve as the core operating entity to drive our global Web3 asset allocation and digital financial infrastructure deployment. Our current core strategies include: leveraging the advantage of low-cost capital from mainland China to build positions in digital assets such as BTC, utilizing structured financing and staking tools to amplify leverage for efficient value appreciation; simultaneously exploring collaborations with licensed institutions in Hong Kong to jointly expand stablecoin clearing and settlement systems; and in the future, packaging core assets for a U.S. listing to attract participation from international investment banks, family offices, and institutional capital. We are assembling a professional Web3 investment team and sincerely invite seasoned professionals with experience in digital asset research, DeFi investments, on-chain data analysis, staking financing, or project investment research to join us as investment managers and co-build the next-generation digital asset institution.
