GreenX Corp (GreenX) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenpro Capital Corp (NASDAQ:GRNQ). GreenX is a licensed exchange operator under the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) of Malaysia. GreenX operates the world's first Shariah-compliant ESG digital asset exchange. Our exchange will facilitate the monetization of assets that are currently unavailable for public investment. As the first of its kind, GreenX aims to leverage the previously untapped market in the ASEAN region to help underserved businesses achieve the securitization, capitalization, and digitization of their illiquid assets. Our exchange will join and promote the trading of tokens, stablecoins, and other digitalized assets. We will prioritize assets that align with ESG and carbon-neutral principles.
