HERE Wallet is a blockchain-based account and hardware wallet that utilizes smart contracts to implement the NEP-141 standard (similar to ERC-20) for storing user funds. For transactions within the wallet, hNEAR is used. For transactions with third-party users, hNEAR is first converted to NEAR, and then the NEAR is transferred.
