Ironlight was founded by Rob McGrath and Matt Celebuski with the aim of tokenizing private securities that typically lack liquidity, such as real estate, natural resources, art, public infrastructure, and private equity. The company's goal is to become a market for tokenized real-world assets (RWA) that is regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
