Paddle

Paddle is based on the Cosmos Move Virtual Machine (MVM) Rollup and will provide a sandbox environment for smart contracts written in Move that are intended for deployment. This enables all the advantages of Move to be utilized on sovereign and public Rollups, allowing for interoperability with IBC chains.
