Valence

Valence is a cross-chain protocol that enables crypto-native organizations (such as chains, dApps, DAOs, and protocols) to establish programmable relationships with other crypto-native organizations. Valence expands the scope of IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication) cross-chain capabilities, making it possible to implement economic protocols that can adjust the composition of funds or loan terms based on market conditions.
