Verisoul helps the community ensure that incoming and existing accounts are only created by real, unique, and credible users. The ability to resolve each account to a unique user can assist the community in preventing multiple accounts and fake users, and ensure that mischievous individuals cannot simply create new accounts to resume their bad behavior.
