Job Description: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions according to the company's hiring plan, including requirement communication, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer follow-up - Maintain close communication with hiring departments to understand position requirements and selection criteria, assisting in optimizing job descriptions (JDs) - Conduct recruitment through multiple channels (job boards, social media, etc.) - Perform initial candidate interviews and assessments, providing recommendations to hiring departments
