Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage overseas user acquisition through paid channels, driving growth in registrations, deposits, and transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing advertising campaigns to attract genuine users and improve conversion rates.
- Manage overseas user acquisition campaigns via paid channels to boost registrations, deposits, and transaction volumes.
- Proficiency in one or more major overseas advertising platforms, with the ability to independently set up ad accounts, develop strategies, test creatives, manage budgets, and optimize performance for sustained user acquisition.
- Optimize ad creatives and content by tailoring copy, images, and videos to different markets, user profiles, and product features to enhance CTR and conversion rates.
- Improve post-campaign user engagement by refining landing pages, promotional pages, registration flows, deposit processes, and first-time transaction pathways to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data, adjusting strategies based on user quality, cost-per-acquisition (CAC), and ROI to enhance advertising efficiency.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in overseas advertising, data-driven optimization, and a track record of successful user acquisition in relevant industries.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas advertising, with hands-on expertise in major ad platforms and campaign optimization.
- Preference for candidates with Web3, exchange, or financial trading product advertising experience, including proven success in acquiring registered, depositing, or transacting users.
- Deep understanding of regional user behavior, demographics, and content preferences to tailor campaigns for different markets.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance using key metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROI) and optimize costs while maintaining user quality.
- Results-driven with the ability to independently manage campaigns and take ownership of performance outcomes.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with advertising on platforms like Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, Gate, or Bitget.
- Background in prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi) and familiarity with user acquisition strategies in this niche.
- Proven success in advertising sports or financial trading products with measurable user acquisition results.
- Knowledge of Web3 traffic channels and overseas ad ecosystems to identify optimal platforms for product promotion.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce registration, deposit, or transaction acquisition costs.
- Understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-driven search traffic strategies for Web3 user acquisition.
