Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in crypto exchanges is mandatory
- Strong network of KOLs / affiliates in crypto or trading industry
- Proven ability to generate trading volume and onboard active users
- Experience with affiliate marketing, CPA / RevShare models
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Understanding of crypto trading products and user behavior
