Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to research and enhance AI agent technologies, focusing on improving task execution capabilities and automation across systems. The role involves optimizing various strategies to boost agent performance in complex business scenarios and refining interaction experiences for better natural language understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Research core technologies such as AI agent planning, state management, tool invocation, memory mechanism, and long sequence reasoning to enhance the agent's task execution capability.
- Responsible for Agent task flow orchestration, combined with RPA/low code tools, to achieve cross system automation operations.
- Continuously optimize strategies such as Prompt Engineering, Knowledge Enhancement (RAG), and Model Fine tuning (SFT) to enhance the performance of agents in complex business scenarios.
- Evaluate and optimize the interaction experience of AI agents to improve their natural language understanding ability and accuracy in generating content.
Job Requirements
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Experience with AI agent technologies, RPA, and low-code tools.
- Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, Knowledge Enhancement (RAG), and Model Fine tuning (SFT).
- Ability to evaluate and optimize AI agent interactions for better user experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex business scenarios.
