Job Description
This role focuses on developing and optimizing AI-driven workflows and prompts to enhance product performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams to create efficient Agent Workflows and ensure high-quality data processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize Prompts based on product requirements
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and testing Agent Workflow
- Monitor, evaluate Prompts and Agent performance, drive continuous optimization
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and construct high-quality training and evaluation datasets
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in AI prompt engineering or related fields
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements
- Experience with data processing and dataset construction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with data visualization and performance metrics analysis
