Job Description
AI Application Engineer As an AI Application Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing AI-driven solutions in real-world scenarios. Your role will focus on designing and developing agent-based applications using large language models (LLMs) to create intelligent assistants, task-oriented agents, and AI Copilot systems for practical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of AI application projects in various scenarios
- Design and develop Agent application architecture based on large language models, creating intelligent assistants, task-oriented Agents, and AI Copilot systems for real business scenarios
- Design, develop and optimize core modules including RAG, Tool Calling, Workflow, Memory, and multi-Agent collaboration
- Drive deep integration of LLM capabilities with business systems, completing the full cycle from prototype validation to online delivery
- Build engineering infrastructure for AI applications, including model integration, service governance, performance evaluation, optimization, cost control and stability assurance
- Track technological advancements in Cursor, Claude Code, OpenClaw/OpenHands and mainstream Agent/AI Coding technologies, exploring their applications in R&D efficiency and business scenarios
Job Requirements
- Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience: 3+ years of software development experience, with 1+ year in AI application development
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one of Go/Java/Python/TypeScript
- Tools: Skilled in one or more programming tools like Cursor/Claude Code/Codex
- LLM Experience: Familiar with mainstream LLM application paradigms including Prompt, RAG, Agent, Function Calling, Memory, and workflow orchestration
- End-to-end Delivery Capability:
- Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
- Focus on user experience and willingness to refine solutions iteratively
- Capability to independently complete the full process from requirement analysis to production delivery
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI Coding, developer assistants, code generation, automated code modification, or code review Agents
- Background in financial products
- Familiarity with frameworks/ecosystems like OpenClaw, OpenHands, AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI, with practical usage or customization experience
- Full-stack experience delivering AI products (from requirements to deployment to iteration)
- Independent AI projects or side projects
