Job Description
AlienSwap Community Ambassadors are vital to the growth and engagement of our decentralized finance ecosystem. This role requires proactive promotion of AlienSwap's mission through diverse initiatives, including but not limited to organizing online and offline events globally. Ambassadors will serve as ambassadors of our brand, leveraging platforms like Telegram, Discord, Line, WeChat, WhatsApp, and TikTok to foster community interaction. The position involves educating users about AlienSwap's NFT product innovation, guiding new participants, and maintaining a positive community environment. Key responsibilities include leading discussions, coordinating with official events, and managing public sentiment both within the community and on social networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and execute promotional activities worldwide, including online events (webinars, Q&A sessions) and offline gatherings (local meetups, educational workshops)
- Develop and maintain active engagement strategies across social platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and WeChat
- Lead community discussions to attract new users and deepen existing community involvement
- Coordinate with AlienSwap's official events to provide real-time support and answer user queries
- Monitor and guide community sentiment to ensure alignment with brand values and project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that highlights product features and innovations
- Implement feedback mechanisms to improve community experience and platform functionality
- Develop localized content strategies to cater to different regional communities
- Organize educational campaigns to explain complex NFT concepts in accessible formats
- Manage community relationships through regular communication and outreach efforts
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or marketing within blockchain/NFT spaces
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Strong organizational abilities for event planning and execution
- Fluency in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese) is preferred
- Deep understanding of decentralized finance concepts and NFT technology
- Ability to create compelling content for social media platforms
- Experience with community engagement tools (Discord bots, Telegram channels)
- Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing user concerns
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Strong analytical skills for tracking community metrics and engagement patterns
- Experience with event management platforms (Eventbrite, Meetup) is a plus
- Excellent time management skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive community environment
