Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of SendIT and Arcana Network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content that aligns with the Arcana Network's vision and goals.
• Design educational materials and host workshops to explain Web3 technologies and cryptocurrency transaction processes to end-users.
• Actively engage with the community through social media, forums, and other digital channels to build relationships and foster trust.
• Collect and analyze user feedback systematically, then relay actionable insights to the Arcana team for product development and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the platform's content and messaging remain relevant and competitive.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management within the Web3 or blockchain space.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese to effectively interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and cryptocurrency ecosystems to provide accurate educational resources.
• Ability to create engaging content (written, visual, or multimedia) that resonates with target users and promotes platform adoption.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and user engagement metrics.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships with users and stakeholders through consistent outreach and support.
• Experience in managing user feedback loops and translating insights into strategic recommendations for product development.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms to streamline content distribution and community interaction.
