Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Android applications, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain company Android applications, ensuring smooth daily iterations and high-quality releases.
- Lead the optimization of existing application architecture, foundational frameworks, and modular design to enhance performance and user experience.
- Continuously improve key mobile performance metrics such as loading speed, stability, and memory usage to ensure seamless operation across various devices.
- Quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues during development to maintain efficient iteration cycles.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to drive end-to-end development of new features from prototype to launch.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of mobile development experience and a proven track record of complete app development and launch.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the web3 industry, with strong familiarity with the Android platform and proficiency in Kotlin & Java. Flutter development experience is mandatory.
- Solid computer science foundation, including expertise in data structures, algorithms, and network protocols, with the ability to apply them flexibly.
- Hands-on experience in performance optimization, memory management, UI rendering optimization, and a strong focus on code quality and performance.
- Excellent system design skills, capable of independently designing and implementing modular architectures for complex systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high sense of responsibility and execution capability.
