Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Flutter expert who can master the framework from three dimensions: underlying principles, performance limits, and engineering efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong self-motivation and remote collaboration skills.
- Core Architecture: Responsible for the overall architecture design and performance optimization of mobile apps, ensuring high availability and scalability of code under continuous integration.
- Underlying Research: Tackle complex interactions and high-performance requirements by customizing the Flutter Engine or efficiently encapsulating native plugins (Platform Channel).
- Infrastructure: Establish a robust component library (UI Kit), dynamic solutions, and monitoring systems (exception capture, performance dashboards).
- Technical Leadership: Solve various "hard problems" in cross-platform development, such as memory leaks, rendering frame drops, and multi-platform adaptation.
- Strategy Implementation: Design flexible architectural solutions to ensure smooth app releases, addressing regional restrictions (e.g., IP blocking) and compliance redlines in global distribution.
Job Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: 3+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years of deep Flutter project experience. Proficient in Dart, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming, memory models, and GC mechanisms.
- Native Foundation: Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/OC), capable of independently developing native plugins and understanding system-level features of both platforms.
- Principle Mastery: Deep understanding of Flutter’s rendering mechanism (from Widget to Layer Tree), familiar with Impeller/Skia engine differences, and hands-on performance optimization experience.
- Hybrid Development: Skilled in Flutter + WebView hybrid development, with practical experience in H5 shell integration and app store releases, and adept at handling Web-Native communication.
- Policy Navigation: Familiar with App Store/Google Play review policies, with experience in handling regional IP restrictions and technical bypass strategies (preferred).
- Engineering Excellence: Strong unit testing awareness, familiar with CI/CD processes, and experienced in package size optimization and hot update solutions.
Bonus Points:
- High-quality open-source projects on GitHub or contributions to Flutter official/well-known plugins.
- Experience in launching and maintaining large-scale apps (1M+ DAU).
- Practical experience with Flutter Web/Desktop.
