Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for advanced development work related to Python, ensuring code quality and module functionality implementation.
• Responsible for the backend research and development of AI intelligent products, including building AI system architecture, quickly building applications, and continuously optimizing product experience and stability.
• Collaborate with product and operation teams to support business scenarios for research and development implementation, including but not limited to user acquisition, retention enhancement, incentive growth, content growth, and cross-end linkage.
• Participate in system design, including functional design and database structure design, to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to quickly identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming and a strong understanding of backend development.
• Experience in AI system architecture and intelligent product development is highly desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and operation teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in system design, including functional and database structure design, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
