The Backend Engineer position at Dinari is a senior role requiring strong technical skills and experience in distributed systems and blockchain technology. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in software engineering and the ability to contribute to the company's engineering roadmap.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems

Dinari, likely a blockchain or fintech startup, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to enhance their technical infrastructure and support scalable solutions. The emphasis on blockchain and smart contracts suggests a focus on decentralized finance (DeFi) or related technologies. The company values candidates who can grow with the team, indicating a dynamic and collaborative work environment typical of startups. The equity offering (0.1% – 0.5%) reflects their interest in attracting top talent who are invested in the company's long-term success.

As an interviewer, I would prioritize candidates who demonstrate not only technical expertise but also the ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced startup setting. Key areas of evaluation would include hands-on experience with distributed systems, problem-solving skills in debugging production issues, and a genuine interest in blockchain technology. Cultural fit and a growth mindset are equally important, given the collaborative nature of the role.
