Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web3 Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance backend systems for our Web3 applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code for Web3 backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, implement features, and ensure seamless integration
- Participate in the product development process from conception to launch, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues and technical challenges
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning
- Stay updated with the latest Web3 technologies and industry trends
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Web3 technologies
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Strong knowledge of database systems and API design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ethereum, Solidity, or other blockchain platforms
- Knowledge of distributed systems and peer-to-peer networking
- Contributions to open-source Web3 projects
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
