Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive the promotion of multi-asset trading products including Forex, CFDs, precious metals, indices, and other financial instruments. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and expanding our network of introducing brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and trading teams while establishing strategic partnerships with financial communities, media channels, and industry collaborators.
The role requires actively facilitating client onboarding, deposit generation, trading activities, and long-term client retention. You will be responsible for continuously optimizing channel conversion rates to achieve ambitious targets for effective deposits and trading volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand IB, agency, and institutional client networks
- Establish partnerships with financial communities and media channels
- Drive client acquisition, funding, and trading activities
- Implement strategies for long-term client retention
- Optimize conversion funnels to meet deposit and volume targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular performance reports and market feedback
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in FX, CFDs, gold, stock indices, commodities, HK/US stocks, ETFs, or MT4/MT5 platforms
- Deep understanding of IB, agency, analyst, asset management team, and HNWI collaboration models
- Knowledge of traditional traders' requirements regarding brand trust, platform stability, spreads, slippage, funding processes, and service responsiveness
- Ability to manage extended conversion cycles while demonstrating genuine resources and sustainable development capabilities
- Comfortable with remote collaboration and performance-based evaluation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
