Job Description
Your primary objective will be to onboard early-stage Web3 startups to Crossmint. This role involves building strong relationships with founders and developers, representing Crossmint at industry events, and actively engaging with the Web3 community to drive adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a Natural Networker: Build and maintain strong relationships with Web3 startup founders and developers, acting as their trusted advisor and go-to person.
- Attend Events: Represent Crossmint at conferences, hackathons, and other industry events to promote the platform and engage with the community.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in Web3 communities (Twitter/X, Farcaster, Telegram, etc.), answering questions, providing support, and showcasing how Crossmint empowers developers and startups.
- Advocate for Early-Stage Builders: Serve as the voice of startups and developers internally, ensuring their feedback influences Crossmint’s product roadmap.
- Speak at Events: Present at conferences, meetups, and webinars to share insights on Web3 development and Crossmint’s offerings.
- Measure Impact: Track and report engagement metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of your efforts and guide future strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or community engagement within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with founders and developers.
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain platforms, and developer tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Crossmint at industry events.
- Active participation in Web3 communities (social media, forums, etc.) with a passion for supporting early-stage builders.
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
