Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen cooperation with web3 KOLs and channels to expand our network and influence
• Actively promote brand building initiatives in overseas markets
• Efficiently collaborate with the departmental promotion team to execute marketing strategies
• Provide unique insights and innovative ideas to enhance business development efforts
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the web3 ecosystem

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the web3 or blockchain industry
• Strong understanding of overseas markets and cultural nuances
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build partnerships
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinker with the ability to provide unique insights and solutions
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to work
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with KOLs and influencers in the tech or blockchain space
• Existing network of contacts in the web3 ecosystem
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and brand-building techniques
