Job Description
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts. This role requires proactive engagement in building and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and content channels to enhance brand visibility and credibility. You will also play a vital role in executing campaigns that align with brand policies, expanding user engagement by creating targeted user groups, and fostering a stronger market presence. Additionally, you will contribute to market research activities by identifying emerging trends and opportunities that can be leveraged for business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and digital content channels to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Actively promote brand policies through creative campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences.
  • Identify and cultivate new user groups by designing data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth market trend analysis to uncover actionable insights and recommend innovative solutions for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product development cycles.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and measure ROI effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related fields with a focus on influencer collaborations and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with KOLs, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing strategies, and user acquisition techniques.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems) for performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
