Job Description
As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the Chinese-speaking and Asian target markets. Your primary focus will be on identifying high-value partnership opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly trading volume targets.
You will also be tasked with expanding and nurturing channels, agents (IBs), institutional partners, and KOL collaborations, with a special emphasis on key communities such as trading groups on Telegram/Discord and Chinese-speaking trading circles in Southeast and East Asia.
Additionally, you will act as the official representative to establish and maintain strategic alliances with partners, including trading KOLs, IBs, trading academies, and copy-trading teams. You will also be responsible for recruiting and incubating regional general agents, building an efficient IB agent system, and optimizing the operational mechanisms of Affiliate and Referral programs.
Furthermore, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns (e.g., trading competitions, incentive programs, joint promotions) to enhance the platform's brand influence and user engagement in the Asian market. Cross-departmental collaboration with product and operations teams will be essential to gather market and user feedback, driving product optimization and user experience improvements.

Job Requirements
- Experience in BD or sales at a Web3 cryptocurrency exchange
- Minimum average monthly trading volume of $50 million in contracts
- Established network of local clients, trading communities, KOLs, or partners in Chinese-speaking or Asian regions (including Southeast Asia, East Asia, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Hyperliquid ecosystem and on-chain perpetual contract products
- Background in DEX/on-chain derivatives (experience with perpetual contracts and on-chain trading ecosystems)
- Prior BD experience at a Top 20 CEX or Top 5 Perp DEX
- Experience in traditional financial derivatives (CFD, forex, precious metals,差价合约, brokerage, etc.)
Additional Advantages
- Deep understanding of mainstream trading platforms (Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Hyperliquid, etc.)
- Active trader with hands-on contract trading experience
- Experience in building a trading user growth system from scratch
