Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in exploring new business development partnerships and quality communities which could help user growth and TVL growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities worldwide to expand NAVI Protocol's presence.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners in the global market.
- Exploring new quality resources like VIP communities or agencies which result in user growth and TVL growth.
- Continuous optimize the cooperation with data-driven approaches.
Additional Requirements
- Proven track record in business development within the DeFi or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance protocols and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
