Job Description
As a customer-facing professional, you will serve as the primary liaison between Chinese and international clients, leveraging your bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to develop tailored strategies and solutions. This role involves comprehensive business development and relationship management within the consulting services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the customer interface, engaging in end-to-end communication with both Chinese and foreign clients (requiring fluency in Chinese and English), while formulating customized strategies and action plans.
- Design and execute business expansion initiatives to promote PANONY consulting services, establish new business connections, drive revenue growth, and nurture/expand client relationships.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media outlets, and industry event organizers to facilitate collaborative opportunities and ensure successful execution.
- Oversee post-investment project management, providing guidance, maintaining close communication, coordinating resources, and facilitating internal support for portfolio companies.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends, promptly integrating hot topics and breaking news to create event marketing campaigns or thought leadership content for clients.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver expected outcomes.
- Analyze service performance metrics and compile comprehensive service summary reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development or client-facing roles
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese and business-level fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in relationship management and business expansion
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Knowledge of consulting services industry preferred
