Job Description
This is a fully commission-based position offering competitive commission rates starting at 10%. The role focuses on driving sales growth in the Web3 space through strategic prospecting, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts for sales prioritization
- Define sales objectives, goals, and Scenarios & Success Factors (OKRs) to track and measure progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting and marketing to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Actively prospect potential clients in the Web3 space through various channels
- Implement effective prospecting strategies to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline
- Leverage contacts and networks in Asia and the Americas to identify business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet evolving client needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in commission-based sales roles
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and market landscape
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Established professional network in Asia and/or the Americas
- Self-motivated with strong prospecting abilities
