Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management within the decentralized applications and wallets industry. You will work closely with our Business Development team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation
    • Assist in identifying potential B2B clients within the decentralized applications and wallets space
    • Engage in collaborative research to contribute to the development of a targeted lead generation strategy
  • Prospecting
    • Support outbound communication efforts to introduce our solutions to potential leads
    • Learn and apply effective communication techniques to initiate conversations with potential partners
  • Collaboration
    • Work with the BD team to support the transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Assist in maintaining records of interactions in the CRM system
    • Contribute to generating reports on lead generation and prospecting activities
    • Learn to analyze key metrics and trends to support data-driven decision making
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong interest in blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and digital wallets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
