Expand and manage contract trading channels, enhance the exchange's contract trading business through diversified market promotion strategies, attract new users to register and participate in trading, and promote platform user growth and activity. Develop agents and partners for the contract market, recruit and manage agents within the region, expand cooperation with contract KOLs and community leaders, increase market recognition and expand user base through industry influencers and analysts' promotion. Work closely with the BD team to develop sales plans based on their needs, covering product knowledge, contract trading strategies, marketing skills, and customer expansion capabilities, to ensure efficient implementation of regional market promotion activities. Develop localization strategies for BD sales teams in different countries/regions and provide customized support to increase market penetration. Promote institutional cooperation, actively develop and maintain institutional investors, market makers, quantitative trading teams and other partners, promote their contract trading within the exchange, and enhance the liquidity and trading volume of the platform. Optimize contract trading functions, work closely with technical and product teams, translate market feedback into specific product optimization suggestions, promote product upgrades, enhance trading experience, and meet market demand.
