Job Description
Through 1:1 outreach and proprietary channels, attract real trading users to Mojo and guide them through the entire process from initial deposit to completing their first trade and subscription. Focus on developing high-value users including active contract traders, trading teams, high-net-worth individuals, community leaders, and KOLs. Maintain the activity and retention of assigned users while continuously increasing their trading volume. Performance will be measured solely based on real users and actual trading volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire real trading users for Mojo through direct outreach and owned channels
- Guide users through the complete onboarding process including deposit, first trade, and subscription
- Focus on developing relationships with high-value user segments
- Maintain user activity and improve retention rates
- Continuously work to increase trading volume among assigned users
- Meet performance metrics based exclusively on real user acquisition and trading volume
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years BD experience in exchanges/financial products/AI products with quantifiable user acquisition or trading volume results
- Ideal for those currently doing CEX rebates - users can trade through Mojo without moving funds while earning additional Mojo subscription commissions and fee rebates
- Familiarity with crypto trading (experience with Hyperliquid, Polymarket or on-chain trading preferred)
- Access to direct user resources: communities, KOL relationships, trading teams/institutions, or local channels in Chinese/Korean/English markets
- Results-driven with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Chinese/English/Korean
