Business Development Intern / Junior BD (Incubation Program)

About the Program
We are launching a BD Incubation Program designed for entry-level candidates who are passionate about the crypto industry and eager to grow into professional Business Development roles.
No prior BD experience is required — this program focuses on training, mentorship, and real-world execution.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, communities, and KOLs
Support BD team in daily outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
Help with community engagement, market research, and competitor analysis
Assist in coordinating campaigns and tracking basic performance metrics
Learn how trading platforms, referral systems, and BD KPIs work in practice
Requirements
Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Strong interest in crypto / Web3 / fintech and basic industry knowledge
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
Good communication skills and sense of responsibility
No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
