Job Description
This position is for a new project backed by Multicoin Capital, with priority given to candidates from top 10 centralized exchanges (CEX). The role focuses on expanding the Stock Perpetuals business and driving user growth for the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market expansion and user growth initiatives for the platform's Stock Perpetuals business.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Chinese-speaking traders, communities, KOLs, agents, institutions, and professional trading teams.
- Identify and onboard high-quality trading users to improve conversion rates, trading activity, and long-term retention.
- Establish and optimize the agent, community, and trader collaboration system to enhance platform trading volume.
- Design growth campaigns, trading competitions, and user incentive programs based on market trends and product features.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to promote Stock Perpetuals and educate users.
- Monitor industry trends, user needs, and competitor insights to support product iteration and business growth.
- Maintain relationships with key clients to boost trading volume and market influence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Crypto industry.
- Proven experience in BD, growth, agency, or institutional business for CEX derivatives.
- Strong understanding of perpetual contracts, including margin mechanisms, leverage systems, funding rates, and risk control.
- Deep knowledge of major trading platforms like Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, and Hyperliquid.
- Extensive network of Chinese-speaking traders, communities, agents, quant teams, or institutional clients.
- Excellent business development, resource integration, and client management skills.
- Results-driven with strong execution and independent project management abilities.
- Highly engaged with the Crypto market; prior trading experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Stock Derivatives Background: Experience in US/HK stock CFDs, Stock Perpetuals, or TradFi brokerage.
- Trading Network: Access to professional traders, HFT/quant teams, or stock/index trading communities.
- On-Chain Derivatives: Familiarity with Hyperliquid, DeFi, RWA, or tokenized asset trading.
- Bonus: Active trader, knowledge of stock tokenization, English proficiency, or experience in building growth systems from scratch.
