Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to build and operate a private domain ecosystem for US stock investors (including but not limited to Telegram, WeChat, Reddit, etc.). The role involves designing and executing end-to-end SOPs from traffic acquisition to fund deposit and trading.
- Develop high-conversion customer acquisition channel expansion strategies, including financial KOLs, MCN agencies, associations, and affiliate channels.
- Identify and leverage non-mainstream but high-conversion long-tail channels, as well as cross-industry collaboration opportunities (e.g., offline retail) to discover potential traffic entry points.
- Plan high-growth and high-conversion marketing campaigns and external partnerships based on US stock market events and industry trends.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and customer lifetime value in real-time, optimizing strategies through data analysis.
- Continuously explore innovative growth methods and strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage investor communities across multiple platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyze market trends to develop targeted marketing initiatives that enhance user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, institutions, and affiliates to expand market reach.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth/BD roles within internet brokerage or cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Deep understanding of US stock trading, options, derivatives, and cross-border investment logic is highly preferred.
- Expertise in private domain growth strategies with strong user psychology insights to drive conversions.
- Prior success in US stock "influencer marketing" or large-scale viral campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
