Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in crypto exchanges to lead and scale the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan . This role is highly performance-driven, with full ownership of trading volume and DAU growth, leveraging KOLs, communities, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute BD strategy for the HK / MO / TW
Source, onboard, and manage KOLs, affiliates, community leaders, and key partners
Drive consistent monthly trading volume and DAU growth through partner-led initiatives
Provide clear reporting and take full ownership of volume, DAU, and ROI metrics
Requirements
3+ years of BD experience in crypto exchanges
Strong understanding of the HK / MO / TW crypto ecosystem
Proven performance track record, including:
Average monthly trading volume of 100M USDT or above
DAU consistently at 30–50 or higher, or demonstrated ability to scale beyond
Strong execution capability with the ability to independently deliver results
Fluent in Chinese (required); English proficiency is a strong plus
Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of partner ROI and growth funnels
