Job Description
This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships within the cryptocurrency trading ecosystem. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between blockchain projects and trading communities, leveraging industry insights to drive collaboration and growth. Key responsibilities include identifying emerging opportunities, fostering partnerships, and creating value through cross-industry engagement. The position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technologies and the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture weekly business relationships with trading communities, BTC ecosystem stakeholders, and industry partners to create sustainable collaborations
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the BTC ecosystem to identify promising projects with high growth potential and innovative value propositions
- Develop and execute strategies to connect with trading groups, organize community events, and enhance user engagement through targeted initiatives
- Maintain strong networks with DEX/CEX platforms and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to leverage industry influence and expand market reach
- Deeply understand the Ordinals ecosystem, including its technical framework and use cases, to build connections with top-tier marketplaces and complementary projects
- Monitor market dynamics and community feedback to provide data-driven recommendations for business development and partnership optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, ensure alignment with project goals, and measure the impact of community initiatives
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and market trends to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the crypto space
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading ecosystems, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate blockchain projects, identify market trends, and assess their potential impact on business growth
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders, including trading groups, KOLs, and project teams
- Deep knowledge of blockchain technologies, particularly the BTC and Ordinals ecosystems, with hands-on experience in market analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to execute complex projects and drive results within tight deadlines
- Fluency in English for professional communication, with additional language skills preferred for international market engagement
- Proficiency in using digital tools for data analysis, relationship management, and project coordination
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a structured approach to business development
