Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Turkish KOL Business Development professional to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners in the Turkish market. The primary goal is to promote MEXC and drive user growth through strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote MEXC in the Turkish market.
  • Act as a representative of MEXC to maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels.
  • Execute and oversee the performance of KOL marketing strategies, ensuring optimal results and maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of channel partnerships, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  • Stay updated on local industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, influencer marketing, or partnerships within the Turkish market.
  • Strong network of KOLs, influencers, and marketing channels in Turkey.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the local crypto/blockchain industry and trends.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
