Job Description
This role focuses on driving the growth and optimization of contract channels within the business area. The primary objective is to identify and establish partnerships with high-quality contract KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and collaborate with contract analysts to explore strategic cooperation opportunities. Additionally, the position involves expanding industry traffic platforms, including market software, blockchain websites, and other relevant platforms, to enhance contract cooperation resources. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with industry partners and contractual channels to ensure long-term collaboration. Regular market research and analysis are required to stay updated on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge. Furthermore, the role includes organizing and participating in both online and offline communication activities to strengthen the network of contract channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage high-quality contract channels within the business area, including identifying new opportunities and negotiating partnerships.
- Collaborate with contract analysts and KOLs to explore innovative cooperation resources and strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to increase industry traffic through platforms such as market software, blockchain websites, and other digital tools.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on business goals.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze industry dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends, providing actionable insights.
- Organize and participate in online and offline events to foster collaboration among contract channels and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of contract channels, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry partners and contractual resources for efficient reference and management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards related to contract management to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on market research and channel performance data.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, channel expansion, or business development, preferably in the tech or finance industry.
- Strong understanding of market software, blockchain platforms, and digital tools for contract analysis and traffic generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with KOLs, analysts, and industry partners.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on industry trends.
- Proficiency in organizing and executing both online and offline events to engage with contract channels.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs for evaluating contract channel effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and optimize existing channels.
