We have developed PUSD, aiming to create the safest and most capital-efficient yield-bearing stablecoin protocol across all chains. To drive the next phase of global liquidity expansion, we are seeking a "game-changer" with top-tier industry resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Protocol-Level Strategic Partnerships: Lead PUSD's integration as collateral into top DeFi lending markets such as Venus, Aave, Morpho, etc.
- Liquidity & Yield Strategies: Manage liquidity incentives and governance voting loops (Governance Voting) on core protocols like Curve, Convex, and Pendle.
- Institutional Capital Expansion: Engage with high-net-worth individuals (Whales), quant firms, family offices, and OTC channels to provide customized RWA-based yield solutions, driving explosive TVL growth.
- Global Growth Engine: Design ecosystem-wide incentive campaigns leveraging $FIRE tokenomics to expand holder addresses and active participation.
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in BD, Growth, or institutional sales at prominent Web3 projects (DeFi, stablecoins, or RWA preferred).
- Elite Network: Pre-established connections with DeFi governance committees, top-tier market makers (MMs), and liquidity providers (LPs) managing 8-figure capital.
- Deep DeFi Expertise: Mastery of DeFi "money legos," capable of articulating Real Yield mechanics and asset-risk isolation models to sophisticated investors.
- Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with relentless focus on TVL/conversion metrics – no "PPT business" without tangible outcomes.
- Global Collaboration: Fluent English for cross-border governance forums and high-stakes negotiations with overseas KOLs.
