Job Description
As a Business Development Manager specializing in the Taiwan market, you will be responsible for driving KOL partnerships and business expansion initiatives. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with local KOLs, traders, and community resources to boost trading volume and user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized KOL strategies tailored specifically for the Taiwan market.
- Plan and coordinate joint promotions, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, and other engagement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create customized promotional materials and campaigns for Taiwanese users and KOL audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of KOL partnerships in Taiwan, providing regular data reports and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events in Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region to expand local partnership opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with preference given to candidates from top-tier CEX exchanges.
- Must possess established connections with KOLs, communities, and traders in Taiwan, with deep familiarity of the local market ecosystem.
- Proven track record in KOL collaboration and business growth, with strong communication and execution skills.
- Preferred: Stable career history with at least 1 year of tenure at a single exchange.
