Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and execute our business strategy in the South Korean region. This role involves formulating and implementing derivative business goals, managing regional teams, and driving market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and execute the company's business strategy in the South Korean region, formulate the company's derivative business goals and implementation strategies.
- Establish and manage regional business teams to ensure the overall business goals of the company's region are achieved.
- Lead the expansion of regional channels and implementation of KOL strategies, achieving full chain connectivity from B-end business cooperation to C-end user drainage.
- Execute various market and marketing activities of the company in the region.
- Assist in promoting the improvement of company related products.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business strategy execution and team management in the South Korean market.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C business models, with a track record of successful channel expansion.
- Experience in KOL strategy implementation and market activation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
