Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our business strategy and operations in South Korea. This role involves driving the company's derivatives business, managing regional teams, and implementing key marketing initiatives to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and implement the company's business strategy in South Korea, formulate the company's derivatives business goals and implementation strategies.
- Establish and manage the regional business team to ensure that the company's overall regional business goals are achieved.
- Lead the regional channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation to achieve the full link from B-side business cooperation to C-user drainage.
- Implement various market and marketing activities of the company in the region.
- Assist in promoting the improvement of the company's related products.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business strategy implementation and team management in the South Korean market.
- Strong understanding of derivatives business and market dynamics.
- Ability to lead channel expansion and KOL strategy effectively.
- Experience in executing market and marketing activities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Korean and English is preferred.
