Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the company's KOL/agent/partner policies in alignment with the overall corporate strategy to establish a stable and high-quality KOL promotion system.
• Expand KOL channels domestically and internationally by leveraging major social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitter) and crypto communities, fostering partnerships to promote our platform.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads, converting them into collaboration opportunities, and supporting partnered KOLs in achieving channel performance targets.
• Work closely with the company’s management system to oversee KOLs, agents, and community partners, ensuring smooth execution of agency management tasks.
• Actively promote the platform brand, uphold its image and reputation, and serve as a brand ambassador in all engagements.
• Monitor local industry trends and competitor activities, providing timely feedback and strategic insights to drive market expansion.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in KOL/agent/partner management, preferably in the crypto or digital marketing space.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter) and crypto communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to brand promotion and reputation management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
