Job Description:
KOL Business Development Manager (BDM) - Develop growth and user acquisition strategies for target communities and markets, aiming to enhance financial performance and customer satisfaction. - Maintain and expand the customer base by establishing long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients, thereby increasing sales and revenue. - Manage regional user communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and others as needed. - Proactively research and reach out to potential partners to facilitate collaborations; serve as their future point of contact and maintain strong client relationships. - Gather valuable insights from customer and competitor data to identify profitable business opportunities and propose new product solutions that meet client needs and expectations. - Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategic initiatives and customer proposals for user activation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the cryptocurrency or financial sector.
- Strong familiarity with Web3 and cryptocurrency ecosystems, coupled with a passion for the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Outstanding client management, retention, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, with exceptional presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose strategic and mutually beneficial solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel for meetings with potential and existing clients.
