Job Description:
1. Establish partnerships with high-quality ecosystem resources (such as public chain grants, etc.), identify projects with potential for listing on top-tier exchanges, and explore suitable investment opportunities.
2. Responsible for incubation-focused investments in projects, providing multi-dimensional support to the company and founding teams, including market expansion, financial management, and product development. Our investment approach is primarily incubation-based, focusing on high-certainty opportunities, such as assisting projects with listing fees for top-tier exchanges and marketing expenses, rather than direct SAFT investments. Employees play a crucial role in determining the flow of funds and must deeply participate in the daily operations and fund approvals of multiple projects.
3. Track token issuance status, collaborate with fund administrators to update monthly financial reports, and design and implement market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners (e.g., public chains, grants).
- Identify and evaluate high-potential projects for investment and incubation.
- Provide strategic support to portfolio companies, including market expansion, financial planning, and product development.
- Monitor token launches and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Develop and execute market expansion plans to enhance project visibility and growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for candidates with Web3 or traditional VC/brokerage/consulting investment experience.
- Clear understanding and logical approach to high-quality ecosystem resources (e.g., public chain grants).
- Open to fresh graduates; the work environment is relaxed and collaborative.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership of projects like a founder.
